Pre-Conference Workshop

Friday — March 5

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

David Cochrane, MA and Fei Cochrane, BSE
Introduction to Vibrational Astrology

Learn the basics of Vibrational Astrology: harmonic charts, midpoints, and isotraps. We will learn natal, compatibility, and forecasting with VA. If you bring a laptop computer with astrology software installed to the conference, bring it to the workshop (fully charged because there are limited electrical outlets) and you can bring up the information for your chart to see what VA reveals about you. David will use examples of planetary configurations in the birth charts of attendees to demonstrate how the interpretation is done. If you are new to Vibrational Astrology we highly recommend attending this pre-conference workshop so you can follow the ideas presented in the conference. People who are more experienced with VA can also find this workshop informative and helpful, and users of the Kepler and Sirius software will also benefit by seeing how the information is accessed in these programs.

Conference Opening

Friday — March 5

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

David Cochrane, MA
Keynote address: 108 Steps to Enlightenment

David shows how mythology, spirituality, religion, physics, and Vibrational Astrology are all telling us the same thing from different points of view. There is a stunningly beautiful cosmic astrological tapestry in which we all live, and this cosmic tapestry has been the inspiration for many myths and stories, and also for architecture and for guiding our daily lives. In this presentation we learn about the ways ancient wisdom, mysticism, and modern science are opening new doors for understanding every area of life and how Vibrational Astrology is at the cutting edge of these exciting developments.

Saturday — March 6

9:00 - 10:15 AM

Gisele Terry, MFT, PAC
Mental and Emotional Illness: Newest Findings

Gisele has been conducting detailed and extensive research on mental and emotional illness since 2018. She has conducted intensive research to determine what astrological configurations incline a person to mental and emotional illness. Her findings are clear, compelling, and inspiring. Gisele continues the research and pushes it to the next level and will present the lastest discoveries at the 2021 VA Conference. Gisele's presentations at the first two VA Conferences on her research into the astrological indicators of mental and emotional illness were spectacular, and the feedback that we received was consistently and overwhelmingly positive.

Firstly, pada is used synonymous with charan as far as nakshatras paddhatti is concerned. Each nakshatra is divided into four parts which are known as charan or pada. Each charan or pada denotes a navamsha. For example, Aries has the first nakshatra as Ashwini. 7 Padas Avery unique feature of Jaimini Astrology is a Pada. Generally all Jaimini commentators commit the mistake of calculating only two padas: the lagna or aroodha pada and the pada of the twelfth lord, which is known as upa-pada. Padas should be calculated for all planets and for all houses. Nakshatras, the lunar zodiac of Vedic Astrology. THE NAKSHATRAS IN VEDIC ASTROLOGICAL CHART INTERPRETATION. The 27 signs of the Vedic Lunar Zodiac are probably the oldest astrological system of mankind. This system is so rich in mythology and meaning that we can say that it provides a system of interpretation of its own. People born under Uttarashadha Nakshatra (2, 3 and 4 Padas), Sravana Nakshatra (4 padas), Dhanista Nakshatra (1st and 2nd padas) comes under Makara rashi. Lord of this rashi is Saturn. This month, Mercury continues his transit over Capricorn sign, 1st house up to 11th and then he moves to Aquarius sign, 2nd house. Other names for padas of vedic astrology

11:00 AM - 12:15 PM

Thaddeus Fenner, BA, PAC
Predicting Accidents with Vibrational Astrology

Ongoing research into the planetary configurations formed between transiting planets and natal planets when a person is involved in an accident is improving our understanding of what kinds of planetary configurations are involved in different kinds of accidents. By analyzing accident data that is not cherry picked and by building upon earlier findings the Vibrational Astrology model for predicting accidents continues to improve. In this lecture we learn about the most refined and accurate Accident Predicting Model which includes the latest research studies. Thaddeus has been researching accidents for several years and the results of his research have greatly refined and improved our ability to predict when people are likely to get into an accident.

Lunch Break

1:45 PM - 3:00 PM

Clarissa Dolphin, MA, PAC
The Part of Fortune in Vibrations: Meaning & Interpretation

Clarissa conducted extensive research using the database of charts in the Sirius software to determine more clearly and precisely how the Part of Fortune operates in the astrology chart. The findings from this research give us a solid evidence-based foundation for interpreting the Part of Fortune. Several existing theories and concepts regarding the Part of Fortune are carefully investigated, so this research helps answer many questions about exactly how we can interpret the Part of Fortune.

Vedic Astrology Conference In Seattle

Kenneth Assemi, MM (Master of Music), BA, PAC
The Next Prime Number Vibrations: 47 53 and 59

A comprehensive research study has made clear the astrological meanings of Vibrations 47, 53, and 59. There is no cherry picking of the birth data so the research is much more rigorous and compelling than the way that research in astrology is usually done. The ideas are then confirmed in chart consultations and peer review with other Vibrational Astrology researchers and practitioners. This gives us the more subtle and finely nuanced meanings that confirm and enhance what we find in the charts of people in the database. These discoveries are another big step forward for Vibrational Astrology.

AVA Study Guide Presentation

Sunday — March 7

9:00 - 10:15 AM

Dr. Glenn Mitchell, PhD, PAC
Forensic VA: A Look at Criminals and their Criminality

What do criminals have in common? The Astro Databank data in Sirius software includes both criminals and crime victims jumbled together. Mitch begins by separating out all of the criminals and crime victims. Theoretical ideas about the relationship between criminality and astrological features in the birth chart are tested using a technique called Extreme Case Sampling. There is no cherry picking of the birth data. If a biography is available in English or in French, the natal chart is included. The theoretical expectations are then put to the test through chart consultations and peer review with other Vibrational Astrology researchers and practitioners. The result is a robust exploration of the astrological factors associated with criminality. Future planned research includes comparing criminals and crime victims in the same controlled way.

11:00 AM - 12:15 PM

Linda Berry, MSSW, BA, PAC
Minor planets and Asteroids Meanings: New Discoveries

Linda Berry has been studying minor planets and asteroids for decades. These years of exploration and research built a foundation for the rigorous extrme case sampling studies that she has conducted in recent years. The extrme case sampling research reveals clear and consistent effects of minor planets and asteroids. In this presentation Linda shares with us the strong compelling evidence that the particular minor planets and asteroids have clear and specific effects in our lives. The rigorous research methods that remove cherry picking and selection bias make possible these new insights.

12:15 - 1:45 PM

Vedic Astrology Conference In Seattle

Lunch Break

1:45 PM - 3:00 PM

Dr. Will Morris, PhD, DAOM, PAC
Astrology of Pandemics and Epidemics

This is an exploratory and comparative study on astrological patterns in epidemics. The core epidemics for this study are those that have altered the course of civilization in significant ways. These include:

  • The Plague of Athens, which was present at the fall of Athens during the Peloponnesian War.
  • The Justinian Plague, present during the transition from Antiquity to the Middle Ages.
  • The Bubonic Plague, which bizarrely heralded the movement from the Middle Ages to the Rennaisance.
  • The current SARS CoV-2 epidemic and other recent epidemics such as SARS, MERS, EBOLA, and AIDS.

Dr. Morris investigates traditional astrological methods for determining world trends such as the impact of the Zero-Aries Spring Ingress Chart, the prior eclipse, and other techniques to see if they really can indicate years when epidemics occur. By combining traditional techniques with the cutting edge Vibrational Astrology techniques, Dr. Morris opens new doors for understanding how astrology can be helpful to historians, astrologers, medical practitioners, and epidemiologists.

3:45 PM - 5:00 PM

David Cochrane, MA
Astrological Heredity (What Children Inherit from Parents)

Vedic Astrology Conference

Michel and Francoise Gauquelin collected birth data, including the birth time for over 20,000 married couples and one or more of their children. This database is used to see if there are any consistent astrological configurations that are shared between the father and the children or witht he mother and the children. Because the birth of the child is also the moment that transits and progressions may be triggers for the mother to give birth, there is the possibility that astrological connections between mother and child are expressions of the childbirth process, or perhaps there are particular vibrational patterns that get inherited. For example, in Vedic astrology, the 7-Vibration (saptamsa chart in Vedic astrology) is associated with children, so perhaps the 7-Vibration is particularly important in astrological heredity. This very comprehensive and throrough research project answers many of our questions about astrological heredity.
